HavenRent is a room-listing directory. Availability, prices, property details and tenancy terms may change and must be confirmed with the relevant listing contact.

Renter responsibility

Inspect or verify the property, identity of the contracting party, tenancy agreement, deposits and payment instructions before entering an agreement or transferring money.

Acceptable use

Users must not publish misleading, unlawful, infringing or fraudulent content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with operation of the service.

No guarantee of transaction

Display of a listing does not guarantee availability, suitability, identity, ownership or completion of a rental transaction.
